So… Is it Haunted?
While the Mission Galleria Antique Shoppe has its fair share of spooky items, both intentionally and unintentionally creepy, that is not what brings us here today. I came across a TIktok that said this place was haunted, and I have always wanted to meet a ghosty, so off we went.
The shop spans four full floors, filled with items from different vendors. Some sections are full of genuine antiques while others are more of a mishmash of baubles. I had a great time wandering and exploring, but if digging through a normal sized thrift shop is not your thing, then this will be overwhelming.
Okay, onto my mission (pun intended). Is it haunted?
A little background is in order: I’ve been to a lot of allegedly haunted places and never experienced anything firsthand, so I’m not exactly the best paranormal barometer. That said, the basement level definitely felt heavy. Could it have been the energy? Or maybe just the tight space and crowded shelves? Hard to say. But after I posted about it, my TikTok comments were full of people sharing their own experiences, headaches, pulled hair, the heavy feeling of a presence, etc. So I’m calling it: it’s haunted.
