Pizza First, Horror Second, But Both Done Really Well
Sometimes a themed spot leans so hard into the decor that the food feels like an afterthought. Not the case here.
From the outside, it’s just a little strip mall pizza joint in Riverside. But step inside and you’re surrounded by black walls, horror movie posters, and life-sized figures of Pinhead, Beetlejuice, and Hannibal Lecter. There’s a glass case filled with signed Ghostface masks, Jason masks, and Freddy’s glove.
I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon in April, and it was steadily busy. Didn’t feel packed, but was definitely lively. The pizza hit the spot. It’s not the cheapest slice in town, but the flavor and the spooky vibe totally justify it. They’ve also got gluten-free and vegan options, which is always a win. Horror movies play quietly on the TVs, and the whole setup makes dining in worth it!
Definitely one to add to the Riverside spooky day rotation.
